Liverpool draw 2-2 at West HamSalah and Klopp argue on touchlineReds boss tight-lipped over incidentWHAT HAPPENED?
With the game at 2-2, Salah was about to come on at London Stadium but got into a heated exchange with the German manager in the 82nd minute. The Egyptian international appeared to grow increasingly frustrated as team-mate Darwin Nunez intervened to try and calm the situation. After the draw, which virtually ended Liverpool's faint Premier League title hopes, Klopp gave little away on the incident.

The former Borussia Dortmund boss told TNT Sports: "No [I can't say what was said]. We spoke already in the dressing room [about the incident]. For me that's done."
THE BIG PICTURE
When Klopp announced he would be stepping down as Liverpool boss at the end of the season, the Reds were in with a shout of the quadruple. After winning the Carabao Cup, they have, one by one, fallen out of competitions; starting with the FA Cup and then the Europa League. Recent league defeats to Crystal Palace and Everton, plus this draw with West Ham, mean the swansong that Klopp and Liverpool wanted is very unlikely to happen. Moreover, the fact that such a key player as Salah is arguing with his own manager is not a good sign.
